Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing into business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and global innovation networks
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms and future-proofing strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and design thinking for complex systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or business journals
