As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational strategy, positioning InnovateX as the undisputed industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts impacting our industry by 2026
- Develop and publish quarterly Future Intelligence Reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Integrate future scenario planning into product development lifecycle and business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
