Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and next-gen business models
- Advise product teams on long-term technology integration and adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
