Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and sociocultural trends to identify opportunities for 2026+ innovation
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proof product development and market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to navigate uncertainty
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent InnovateX at global futurism conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
