Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Direct R&D initiatives spanning prototyping, patent strategy, and pilot program execution
- Champion design thinking workshops with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Develop predictive models using proprietary foresight platforms and market intelligence
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
