As a thought leader in our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies. You'll champion disruptive technologies and methodologies while fostering a culture of bold experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, socio-economic, and industry trends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
