Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2030+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement corporate foresight methodologies across the organization
- Advise product development teams on next-generation technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
