What You'll Achieve:
As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll identify and analyze disruptive trends, develop scenario-based strategic frameworks, and present insights to C-suite executives and government stakeholders. You'll lead high-impact projects that bridge the gap between emerging possibilities and market-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and investor groups
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on disruptive trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology background
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
