Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Design and lead innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for real-world applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing capabilities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver prototype projects with measurable impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario-planning skills with advanced visualization tools
- Experience managing agile teams and delivering complex technical projects
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
- Portfolio published in industry journals or major tech conferences
