Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Architect innovation pipelines and R&D roadmaps for next-generation product development
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists and build the firm's future-focused intellectual property
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism research roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, climate resilience, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals (preferred)
- Strong network with academic futurists and tech innovation labs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) highly desirable
