Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year innovation roadmaps for key industry verticals (HealthTech, ClimateTech, NeuroTech)
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Produce strategic whitepapers on emerging market disruptors for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-casting into development lifecycles
- Build scenario-planning models for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-casting methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate)
- Experience leading cross-geographical innovation teams
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi methods, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation publications
