Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops using futures thinking methodologies (horizon scanning, backcasting)
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions and validate market viability
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership at global conferences and white papers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-based strategy implementations
