Responsibilities

- Produce compelling scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype future-facing concepts
- Mentor R&D teams in integrating foresight into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
