- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in next-gen tech
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in stakeholder management across executive and technical teams
