Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience, AI governance, and bio-integration
- Author quarterly disruption briefs for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA initiatives
- Design ethical guardrails for emerging technologies (neuromarketing, quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Present at Davos-level summits and patent 3+ breakthrough methodologies annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in Future Journal or Harvard Business Review on disruption
- Deep expertise in at least 3 exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of implementing foresight frameworks that drove $50M+ revenue
- Fluency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP, or causal layered analysis
- Portfolio of 5+ patented innovation methodologies or scenario planning models
