Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth in 2026+ markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
