Responsibilities

- Develop strategic scenarios and risk mitigation protocols for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Establish foresight methodologies and innovation KPIs for the organization
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and scout breakthrough startups
- Present future-state briefings to executive leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in tech/enterprise sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leader in innovation strategy or emerging technologies
