Responsibilities
- Scan global tech, economic, and social landscapes to identify disruptive trends relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on next-gen industry transformations
- Curate an internal 'Future Radar' intelligence system for real-time trend monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or trend analysis at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
