Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing product roadmaps
- Represent the firm at international conferences on future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
