Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, industry, and startup partnerships
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Measure and communicate innovation ROI through KPIs and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or relevant innovation methodologies
