Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and forecast market impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Guide ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with our ethics council
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or tech strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience presenting at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts that materialized
