Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ innovation roadmap using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic potential
- Translate future insights into executable product development and business transformation plans
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Published work in futurist publications or thought leadership platforms
