Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products/services
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders via compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and future-focused organizations
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to exponential change
- Mentor teams in futures literacy and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or disruption analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience facilitating scenario planning with Fortune 500 organizations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
