Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Curate immersive future-state simulations for C-suite decision-making
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market adaptation cycles
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or tech innovation roles
- Proven track record in translating emerging tech trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
