Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and exponential growth targets
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on systemic risks and opportunities in 2026
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups in frontier technologies
- Design and implement foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, ethics, and human augmentation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies and future-ready mindsets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: quantum, neurotech, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks
