- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track impact against future benchmarks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption frameworks
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercialized products
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic storytelling tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
