Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce white papers and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Advise on emerging technology adoption and ethical implementation strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, bioengineering, AR/VR)
