Responsibilities

- Develop innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author or thought leader in futurism/publications (Fast Company, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
