Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for 3-5 year planning horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Deliver compelling executive presentations on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record in developing innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and foresight software
