- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging frameworks
- Advose executive teams on future-proofing business models and talent strategies
- Represent company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing 3+ year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
