- Analyze global trends to identify high-impact opportunities in sustainability and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members securing multi-million dollar allocations
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech/innovation
- Proven track record of launching products/services anticipating 2026+ market needs
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation roadmaps successfully commercialized
