- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Create scenario models for future socioeconomic and technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Document and codify future intelligence for organizational knowledge base
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
