Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Lead scenario planning workshops for 2026+ market disruptions
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and nanotechnology
- Collaborate with C-suite to align futuristic initiatives with business objectives
- Publish thought leadership on exponential technologies and societal impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and venture labs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
