Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in matrixed organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
