Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking and disruptive ideation
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Communicate complex future scenarios to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies across global markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for presenting complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate rapid technological change
