Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technological inflection points
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-resistant security
- Partner with academic institutions to accelerate lab-to-market innovation cycles
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Expertise in agile development for hardware/software integration projects
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least two futuristic concepts
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neural networks, and climate modeling
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
