- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with executive stakeholders
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with $1M+ R&D budget allocation authority
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for competitive advantage
- Present futuristic visions to investors and industry thought leaders
- Mentor an elite innovation lab team of 12 specialists
- Publish quarterly trend reports influencing global market strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products ($50M+ revenue impact)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
