- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Design AI/quantum computing integration roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry boards
- Manage emerging tech portfolios (AR/VR, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Build foresight communities with global academic and corporate partners
- Translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (Harvard/MIT/MIT Press)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
