- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify emerging market opportunities through proprietary valuation models
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author industry-defining white papers on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-generation innovation capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and disciplinary boundaries
