- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed futuristic thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
