In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge generative AI and long-term business infrastructure, ensuring we are not just keeping pace with technology, but defining it. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, strategic planning, and high-level architecture to prepare our platforms for the next decade of growth.
As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will identify emerging trends, assess risks, and champion the adoption of next-gen technologies that will revolutionize our industry by 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for AI integration, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the next two years.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external AI partnerships and technology providers that align with our long-term vision.
- Operational Scalability: Design scalable architecture frameworks that support exponential growth and data security.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and experimental projects to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI engineering, data science, or strategic technology consulting.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and implementing them at an enterprise scale.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic certification is a plus.
