- Design quantum-resistant AI architectures for 2026-era applications

- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government bodies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade machine learning systems
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic engineering
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems design
- Track record of influencing tech policy at national level
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough AI implementations
