Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize neural network training speeds.
- Establish ethical frameworks and safety protocols for sentient AI systems.
- Lead the research and development of Neural Interface protocols for seamless human-computer interaction.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
- Predict emerging AI trends and pivot product strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech into consumer products.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Computational Neuroscience.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with a focus on large language models.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or theoretical quantum mechanics.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
