Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process for the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech).
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate high-level vision into actionable project plans.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic impact.
- Manage stakeholder communication, presenting complex technical concepts to executive leadership effectively.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration on 2026 initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within the technological landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
