Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth macro-environmental and technology trend analysis to forecast disruptive innovations relevant to the Year 2026 timeframe.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Technology Roadmap 2026, translating long-term visions into quarterly tactical plans.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Decentralized Systems) and determine feasibility.
- Identify potential market opportunities and threats, providing executive-level briefings on strategic implications.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align business units with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Monitor competitive landscapes globally to ensure our strategic posture remains dominant.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying emerging market trends and successfully integrating them into business strategy.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Relevant MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategy, or Engineering is highly preferred.
