Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the long-term technology strategy for 2026, identifying key innovations in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to predict market shifts and advise leadership on potential disruptions.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on technology goals.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the implementation of 'future-proof' tools that enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate partnerships with tech providers to secure the best solutions for our future infrastructure needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, blockchain, and automation technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and competitive advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to diverse audiences.
