- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and startups for R&D acceleration
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure all innovations align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor emerging talent in future technologies and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years focused on future-tech
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling technology teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
