Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap that aligns with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and prototyping of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Biotechnology integration.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our industry.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with startups, research labs, and academic institutions to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a forward-thinking engineering culture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in strategic planning or futurism.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape (AI, Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
