- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their market impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging technology prototyping
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary future-facing innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
