Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with market opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps and future scenarios to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee R&D partnerships and technology incubation programs for future innovations
- Build scenarios for technological disruptions and develop mitigation/opportunity strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
